Dungeons & Dragons SRD 5.1
Parts of the Sisu rules - most visibly the Conditions - are adapted from the D&D System Reference Document 5.1, which Wizards of the Coast released under a Creative Commons licence in January 2023. That licence permits reuse, including commercial reuse, so long as attribution is given. Here is that attribution:

SRD 5.1 material has been modified for use in Sisu. Changes include rewriting saving throws and attack rolls as Sisu ability checks and attack checks, adjusting mechanics to Sisu's four-stat framework, adding self-recovery rules, and adding conditions that do not appear in the SRD.
This attribution applies equally to the printable rules PDFs and any other copy of the Sisu rules, wherever it is distributed.
Trademarks
The Creative Commons licence covers the SRD text only - it grants no rights to Wizards of the Coast's trademarks or logos. Sisu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Wizards of the Coast LLC. Dungeons & Dragons and D&D are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC, referenced here only to give credit.
Other Influences
Several other games shaped Sisu's design without contributing any text to it. They are credited on the Thanks & Inspiration section of the rules.
